From Otford village, bear right at the duck pond, continue past the station and turn right into Pilgrims Way East. Follow the road along and take the first left into Row Dow. Continue up the hill and, at the triangular junction, follow the road which becomes Birchin Cross Road. After 1.1 miles, turn right into Clarks Green Road and, upon reaching the crossroads, continue straight on, which becomes Tinkerpot Lane. The property will then be found after a short distance on the right before Tinkerpot Rise.
